Who We Are

The T2 Fitness Foundation was created to assist high risk individuals living in under-resourced communities discover unique and practical skills and tools through our comprehensive wellness programs to lead a healthier lifestyle while living on a fixed income and/or having a busy schedule.

What We Do

The T2 Fitness Foundation accomplishes its mission by delivering accessible, community-based wellness programs that address chronic disease, stress, and daily life barriers faced by high-risk individuals living in under-resourced communities. Our primary programs—such as the T2 Fresh Start Initiative and the Mindful Nourishment Series—combine physical activity, nutrition education, mental wellness support, and health self-management tools to help participants build sustainable habits that fit real-life constraints, including fixed incomes and busy schedules. Programming is offered at no cost and delivered in trusted community settings to reduce access barriers. We emphasize practical skill-building, including learning how to exercise at home without a gym membership, prepare affordable and heart-healthy meals, manage stress without reliance on unhealthy coping mechanisms, and monitor blood pressure or blood glucose independently. Licensed professionals, certified instructors, and trained staff guide participants through trauma-informed programming that prioritizes dignity, consistency, and long-term behavior change. Through these programs, the Foundation supports improved health outcomes, increased confidence, and greater self-efficacy; advancing our vision of healthier, more resilient individuals and communities.
