Who We Are
Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center (FNACC) gives Hampton Roads residents the ability to make a positive difference in the lives of homeless pets. We are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit created to support the important work of the Norfolk Animal Care Center.
What We Do
Fundraise and support a free Pet Pantry at Norfolk Animal Care Center, a free monthly spay and neuter clinic for Norfolk residents, Subsidize adoption programs and assist with specialty medical cases.
