Children's Health Investment Program

The mission at Children's Health Investment Program (CHIP) is to build a healthy community by building a healthy child, with the vision that all children enter school healthy and ready to learn and succeed.

CHIP's voluntary in-home visiting program teams a certified parent educator and a registered nurse with children and families to provide case management, home visitation, health assessments, parent support, education and referrals. Home visiting is a proven fiscally sound investment generating a return of up to $5.70 for every dollar invested.
