Youth Volunteer Corps of Hampton Roads (YVCHR) engages youth (age 11-18) in meaningful volunteer opportunities that positively impact the lives of others. Established in 2009, YVCHR is the first YVC affiliate in the state of Virginia and is one of more than 30 affiliates internationally.
