Who We Are
Founded in 1892 to combat the mistreatment of working horses, the Norfolk SPCA now rehabilitates and rehomes animals across Hampton Roads and operates a veterinary clinic. As a private nonprofit, it relies entirely on support from individuals, businesses, and community partners.
What We Do
Our mission is to minimize the need for sheltering companion animals and to provide exceptional care and successful adoptions when sheltering is required.
